Quanzheng Steel Corrugated / Honeycomb Panel

Using aerospace-grade metal corrugated panels or honeycomb cores as the core material, this system has been widely applied in medical, educational, and public spaces. Manufactured through hot-press forming, the metal interlayer voids provide excellent thermal insulation. The corrugated structure allows free air circulation within the panel, preventing deformation under thermal expansion and contraction. Combined with multi-layer constructions such as film-coated galvanized steel sheets, and utilizing high-temperature lamination and integrated hot-press paneling technology, it ensures overall integrity, high strength, and surface flatness. Lightweight yet strong and rigid, it offers outstanding wind load resistance, shock absorption, sound insulation, thermal insulation, and fire protection.

Deformation resistance: The air layer within the steel corrugated core composite panel is divided into numerous sealed cells by the face sheets, back sheets, and corrugated core, offering high strength, excellent hardness, and superior rigidity—performance that traditional aluminum-plastic panels and solid aluminum panels cannot match.
Bending stiffness: 2.45×10⁹ N·mm² (measured); standard ≥1.0×10⁹ N·mm² per JC/T 2113-2012.
Shear stiffness: 4.91×10⁵ N (measured); standard ≥1.0×10⁴ N per JC/T 2113-2012.

Product mix

Pre-roll-coated color-coated steel sheets use high-zinc-content substrates with special reinforced polyester (SPE), fluorocarbon resin (SPVDF), or high-durability (SHDP) coatings.

Standard widths: 950mm, 1200mm; custom heights available.
Customizable widths: 100mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm.

		7	Aluminum corrugated‑core structure:1.0 mm aluminum sheet / 0.8 mm galvanized steel sheet + 0.3‑0.5 mm aluminum corrugated core. Guarantee flat panel surface, high rigidity, no waviness.
		8	Special galvanized keel for tight‑joint installation or 5 mm‑gap keel system. Galvanized angle brackets are fixed horizontally on both sides of keel, bracket spacing: 600‑800 mm.
		9	Keel to wall‑mounted angle bracket: fixed by stainless‑steel expansion anchors. Angle bracket‑keel connection: galvanized self‑tapping screws.
		10	Anti‑corrosion & rust‑proof treatment shall be applied after keel installation. Cavity between keels can be filled with fire‑retardant, thermal‑insulation, sound‑absorbing, anti‑corrosion infill materials.
		11	Spot‑bond the panel onto infill materials using anti‑corrosive adhesive, to avoid hollow cavity and echo resonance.
		12	Internal corner: one‑piece bending with R10 radius. External corner: one‑piece bending with R25 radius.

The finished panel is ultra-lightweight yet structurally strong, with moderate aluminum face sheet thickness, allowing easy cutting, grooving, and bending. It supports flat bonding, dry-hanging, and other installation methods, ensuring convenient and rapid construction.
