ACCP-Aluminium Core Composite Panels

What is Aluminum Core Composite Panel?

Qanzing ACCP, the Aluminium Corrugated Core Panel is a light weight cladding material with a corrugated aluminium core sandwiched between two aluminium skins making it highly rigid. Devoid of any thermoplastic core, it is perfectly suitable for projects with stringent fire regulations. Qanzing ACCP offers unmatched flatness enhancing the beauty of buildings. The panels are easily formable using common processing methods giving architects flexibility to execute complex designs.

ACCP Plate Structure‌

Its reliable physical structure is more advantageous than the uneven longitudinal and transverse force of corrugated aluminum plates, the low flat compression strength of multi-dimensional aluminum plates with single-sided convex points, the single finish of aluminum veneers and the difficulty of manual processing quality control, and the poor fire resistance of aluminum-plastic plates.

ACCP is derived from the abbreviation of “shell-shaped three-dimensional bridge arch structure metal sheet” for its special core structure technology. The aluminum core layer of the sheet is rolled by a special mold. In the process of forming double-sided convex points, the points are under stress, so that the rolled aluminum metal sheet forms a semi-shell-shaped continuous bridge arch structure of the middle layer core material, and the upper and bottom aluminum coils are compounded to form an aluminum plate with 360-degree (no direction) stress.
